The building is well kept, and the property manager has gone out of his way on several occasions to help my wife and I out. Most recently my wife and I discovered we had to relocate for work the suburbs before our contract with Laramar was up. Based on the circumstances they allowed a new tenant to sign a new contract (not a sub-lease), allowing us to get out of our contract this month with no penalty to us! They genially cares about his tenants and it was a pleasure to do business with him.
