I recently moved in and am loving my what feels like a palace with my high ceilings and gleaming wood floors I would highly recommend this building for its charm and location Being a pet owner you appreciate also being so close to several parks one being Lincoln Park Zoo. The building is well kept, and the property manager has gone out of his way on several occasions to help my wife and I out. Most recently my wife and I discovered we had to relocate for work the suburbs before our contract with Laramar was up. Based on the circumstances they allowed a new tenant to sign a new contract (not a sub-lease), allowing us to get out of our contract this month with no penalty to us! They genially cares about his tenants and it was a pleasure to do business with him.
